The Art of Cooking

1. Corn Casserole
Nothing can save me from turning down the occasional request for sex because of the 75
cents it takes to wash the sheets and thinking the whole time anyway: How much corn
casserole does it take to feel whole again?

2. Avocado
Little did the grocer know what Audre had planned for that avocado.
You can tell me what to buy, but you can't tell me how to use it!
Audre brought that avocado home and rang up her girlfriend.
They can tell me what to buy, but they can't tell me how to use it!
Audre ate that avocado using her lover's thighs as a bowl.

Everybody sing now!
You can tell us what to buy, but you can't tell us how to use it!

3. Babycakes
First thing every morning it's Babycakes.
Babycakes: cakes made of babies.
Stop calling me that, she says. It's sick.

4. Muffin
Eat them while they're hot.
Fresh from the oven.
Eat them slowly.
Put a pat of butter on top
and watch it melt:

Now we're cooking.
